PAUL FONTAINE, MBA, CNE Paul Fontaine moved to Philadelphia in 1995 from Providence, Rhode Island. Previously a Marketing Director at such well-known companies as The Franklin Mint and Time-Life, Inc.

Paul made a career change in 2002 to become a REALTOR. As a REALTOR, Paul has been awarded multiple accolades such as Rookie of the Year in 2002 and President’s and Chairman’s Circle Award from 2005 to present.

The Best Philly Homes’ Team in which Paul was the Team Leader was in the top 2% of all real estate professionals in the country with over $200 million in total sales in the Philadelphia area. Combining Paul’s MBA from Villanova University, with his expertise and knowledge of real estate, Paul has become a highly sought after buyer and seller representative. His negotiation skills have created higher profits for clients selling their homes, and winning bids for buyers he represents. In 2013, Paul become a Certified Negotiation Expert(CNE), only 1% of agents in the country have this distinction.

Paul is now an agent in the Tampa Bay area in Florida. He currently resides in St. Petersburg, Florida where he became licensed as an agent in 2020.
